Paracol B4/D4

PARACOL B4 is a one component polyurethane adhesive with gap filling properties. The vulcanization is achieved by reaction to the moisture in the substrates.

Dry porous materials usually contain enough moisture to allow the vulcanization.

PARACOL B4 complies with the B4 standard of DIN 68602 D4 standard of EN204/205

APPLICATIONS

Paracol is suitable for bonding dry and moist wood, rubber, concrete, all porous materials.
Uses include Boat Building, Furniture Manufacturing and general wood jointing.

Surfaces

1. Materials to be bonded must be clean and free from grease.
2. Non porous materials must be slightly roughened.
3. Components must be bonded within 30 minutes.
4. Clamping will ensure final bond strength.

Note Components may be moved after 3-5 hours.

APPLICATION TEMPERATURE

Between 50C and 350C
